Christmas launch & lights at Apley Farm Shop

On Saturday 8 November, the Christmas lights at a Farm Shop near Bridgnorth will be switched on by some children from the Hope House Hospice.

Apley Farm Shop will be launching its Christmas orders from 5.30pm on Saturday November 8, offering shoppers festive turkey & cranberry rolls, mulled wine & minced pies.

The shop will have some lovely Christmas present ideas, particularly the ever popular Apley hampers. Coming in 3 sizes, hampers can be tailor made (you choose, they pack) or can be bought pre-prepared. Their head baker Julie is busy baking Christmas puddings, Christmas cakes & Apley minced pies, whilst Phil in the Walled Garden is tending your Christmas Day lunch vegetables. Creamery Café’s Chef Martin is has drawn up a delicious Christmas special.

Christmas orders will be open on the butcher & delicatessen counters. On the same evening, drop into Lottie’s charity fashion show (tickets £4.95pp) 6.30-7.30pm to get some inspiration for your winter wardrobe or Christmas present ideas.

Lady Hamilton, Marketing Manager, has been busy preparing the Farm Shop’s 2014 Christmas decorations: “I love changing the decorations every year, using new & different ideas which I gather throughout the year”.

Apley Farm Shop will be holding its Christmas Taste Off & open Santa’s Grotto on Advent Sunday, November 30, 10-4pm.
